We are proud to be a partner with Zed Factory in the first Zero Bills Homes house built at the BRE in Watford.
We were invited to design and install a Zero kitchen in this ground breaking house as the ethos and manufacture of our kitchens strongly resonated with Zed Factory's approach to building the house and its desired outcome.
You can see the full story of Zero Bills homes here
The kitchen on display shows some of our units in their purest form: raw Ecoboard which has then been oiled with Ozmo Oil - a totally organic oil with a strong water repellent nature and perfect for a kitchen environment. These are combined with other units finished in a matt paint totally free from VOC's and complimented by a 12mm recycled glass worktop and paint backed glass splashback. Whilst being fully functional our kitchen tells the story of what is really at the heart of Zero Kitchens; a totally sustainable kitchen solution. Seeing the units in their raw naked glory allows you to fully get to grips with the concept and at the same time appreciate that you can have a beautifully designed, functional, ergonomic and sustainably produced kitchen without any compromises.
We have been invited to tender for the first Zero Bills Home development in Newport which should begin later this year.
If you have a small or large development, or single residential project, and are interested in Zero Kitchens, we would be happy to discuss it.
If you wish to visit the Zero Bills Home and see our kitchen, we are planning to host a series of lunches later in the year which you would be welcome to attend, or we can arrange an individual visit to suit your needs.
